A well known Japanese manufacturer developed a partnership with a Lincolnshire, Illinois-based company to develop new technology in the field of renal treatment.  This was a four-year long project to adapt this technology to the Japanese market. 

The project manager for this company wanted furnished apartments near Lincolnshire to house over 20 engineers, programmers, and support staff.  They required fully-furnished one and two bedroom apartments that were quiet, in safe neighborhoods, with professional management.
